Refusing to provide this information will not affect your ability to use the basic functions of this product.
In accordance with the "Notice of the National Press and Publication Administration on Further Strict Management to Effectively Prevent Minors from Obsessing Over Online Shopping," all online shopping malls must connect to the National Press and Publication Administration's online shopping anti-addiction real-name verification system. All online shopping users must use real and valid identity information to register and log in to online shopping malls. Online shopping businesses may not provide online shopping services in any form (including through visitor experience) to users who have not registered and logged in with their real names. Therefore, you must submit your ID number and name before using this product. This information is also the primary identification information we use to verify the ultimate account owner in account disputes and to recover lost accounts. When you cancel your YunGouCMS account, we will cease using and delete this information or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise required by law or regulations.

2. Payment Channels

4. Resolving Issues You Report

The YunGouCMS Forum is a platform for users to share, communicate, and interact with each other. Any user can log in to the YunGouCMS Forum by logging into the YunGouCMS User Center to post and reply to messages. In accordance with relevant national laws, when you log in to the YunGouCMS forum to post or reply, YunGouCMS requires you to provide your mobile phone number and link it to your YunGouCMS account for identity verification. Otherwise, you will not be able to post or reply. When you post or reply, we will collect information about the content of your posts and replies. 2. Points Management or Reward Distribution
You may earn points by completing tasks in the mall. You can redeem these points for physical or virtual items related to our products in the YunGouCMS mall's Points Store. You can also participate in any activities or competitions offered by the YunGouCMS mall to win rewards. 4. Account Retrieval
We remind you to protect your account, password, and binding information. If your account is stolen, modified, or otherwise misused, we provide an account retrieval service to protect your rights and interests. To verify that you are the eligible owner of the disputed account, you must provide us with your real-name account information (including name and ID information), top-up information, linked mobile phone number, and email address for verification and authentication. If you refuse to provide these details and we lack other evidence proving that you are the eligible owner of the account, we will be unable to fulfill your request for account recovery. The information you provide during the account recovery process will only be used to verify your identity. Unless expressly consented by the user or required by law, YunGouCMS will not share this information with any third party.
5. Service Improvement
We may analyze your information to improve our services and operations. We may also ask you to respond to product and service-related questionnaires. Whether to respond and what information to provide remains entirely your decision.

1. Statistical Analysis
